What’s Inside Every Issue

Not a digest of links. One complete workflow, every time.

🎯

One workflow, start to finish

Not ten scattered tips. One real task, solved completely, in the same Think → Structure → Execute → Refine order every guide uses.

💬

Plain language, no jargon

Written the way the guides are — something you can read in the gap between meetings, not a manual to study later.

🔁

Works with your AI tool

Every workflow is tool-agnostic by default, with a note wherever a specific feature in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot helps.

📋

A prompt you can paste immediately

Every issue ends with a ready-to-use prompt, not a concept to come back to later. Copy it, paste it, done.

Turn a Messy Meeting Transcript Into Clean, Assigned Action Items

3-Minute Read Any AI Tool
The Problem

You just left a 45-minute meeting with a messy auto-transcript and no idea who owns what, or by when.

The Prompt
Copy This
Act as a meeting-minutes editor. Using this raw transcript, extract: (1) key decisions made, (2) action items with a clear owner and deadline, (3) open questions still unresolved. Format as three short headed lists. If an owner isn’t stated, write “Owner: TBD — confirm with [likely person]” instead of guessing silently.

[Paste transcript]
The Result

A clean, three-section summary you can paste straight into Slack or email — decisions, owners, and open questions, instead of a wall of transcript text nobody will reread.

That’s the whole format, every Tuesday: one real problem, one copy-ready prompt, one usable result. No filler before it, nothing sold after it.

Why a newsletter, and not just the blog?

Because most professionals don’t check a blog. An inbox is where work already happens, so that’s where this shows up — one email, one workflow, one Tuesday a week. If it stops being useful, unsubscribing takes one click and nothing else about your account changes.

Newsletter FAQ

The short version of everything above.

?How often does it actually arrive?
Every Tuesday. One email, one workflow — nothing extra shows up in between.
?I already have the free AI Work Templates — do I need this too?
They pair well together. The templates are ready-made prompts you fill in; the newsletter shows a new workflow being built from scratch each week, so you can apply the same thinking to tasks the templates don’t cover yet.
?Will you sell my email or spam me?
No. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, and this is the only email you’ll get from this list. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
?Can I unsubscribe?
Yes, anytime, using the link at the bottom of any email — no re-signup games, no “are you sure” maze.
