How we collect, use, and protect your information when you use PromptPeakAI.

Effective date: 1 May 2026 Last updated: 29 July 2026 Owner: Vivek Kumar · India

Section 01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PromptPeakAI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at promptpeakai.com or download our free resources.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We collect only what is necessary to provide you with a good experience on this platform. This policy is written in plain language — if anything is unclear, please reach out and we will explain it directly.

The short version

We collect your name and email when you choose to give them to us — for example, by signing up for free resources. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Section 02

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use the site.

Information you provide directly

  • Name and email address — when you sign up to receive free resources (such as our AI Work Templates), subscribe to updates, or complete a contact form.
  • Messages — if you contact us by email, we store that correspondence to respond to you and to improve our service.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns, collected via Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address (anonymised by Google Analytics where enabled).
  • Cookies — small files placed on your device to help the site function and to understand usage patterns. See Section 04 for full details.

Section 03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

  • To deliver what you signed up for — sending you the free resources you requested, and any related confirmations.
  • To communicate with you — responding to your questions, providing support, and sending updates you have opted into.
  • To improve the platform — using aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand which content is useful, where visitors get stuck, and what to build next.
  • To send occasional updates — if you have subscribed to our mailing list, we may send you emails about new articles, new free resources, or AI tips. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send promotional emails to people who have not opted in.
  • For legal and compliance purposes — maintaining records as required under applicable Indian law.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not share your email address with any other organisation without your explicit consent.

Section 04

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies for three purposes:

1. Essential cookies

These are required for the website to function. Without these, the site cannot work properly. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the site.

2. Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and where they come from. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of analytics cookies by adjusting your cookie preferences, by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

3. Functional cookies

These remember your preferences to improve your experience — for example, remembering your preferred language between visits.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the website. Most modern browsers allow you to refuse all cookies, accept only certain types, or delete cookies already stored on your device.

Section 05

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this platform. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website. Google may store this data on servers outside India. We have enabled IP anonymisation on our Google Analytics setup. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.

Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

If a paid purchase is ever processed on this site, it is handled through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. When you make a payment, you are submitting your financial details directly to Razorpay's secure platform. PromptPeakAI never receives, stores, or has access to your card number, UPI ID, or banking credentials. Razorpay's privacy policy is available at razorpay.com/privacy.

Email Marketing (Brevo)

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our mailing list and send emails to subscribers. If you subscribe to our list, your email address is stored in Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Brevo's privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

WordPress and Hosting (IONOS)

Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted on IONOS servers. Basic server logs (including IP addresses) may be stored as part of standard hosting operations for security and performance purposes. These logs are not used for marketing and are not shared with third parties.

Important

When you click a link to a third-party website, you leave PromptPeakAI and are subject to that website's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

Section 06

Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption on all pages of the website
  • Firewall and malware protection via Cloudflare and Wordfence
  • Strong password practices and two-factor authentication on all admin accounts
  • Regular website backups to allow recovery in case of incidents
  • Limited access — only Vivek Kumar has access to user data; it is never shared with employees or contractors

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do everything reasonable to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Section 07

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

  • Right to access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct it.
  • Right to deletion — You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business reasons.
  • Right to unsubscribe — You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us directly.
  • Right to object — You can object to us processing your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
  • Right to data portability — You can request that we provide your data in a structured, commonly used format so you can transfer it elsewhere.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe what you need. We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days. There is no charge for making a privacy request.

Section 08

Children's Privacy

PromptPeakAI is designed for working professionals and adults. Our content is not directed at children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information promptly.

Section 09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of PromptPeakAI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If we make material changes that significantly affect how we use your data, we will notify active subscribers by email.

Section 10
