By visiting promptpeakai.com, downloading a free resource, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
The short version
Use PromptPeakAI fairly and lawfully. Everything we publish — articles, templates, and frameworks — is our copyrighted work: read it, apply it in your own work, but don’t resell or republish it. Paid courses are currently on hold and not available for purchase; separate terms will apply once they launch. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

By visiting promptpeakai.com, downloading any free resource, subscribing to our newsletter, or — once available — purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Your continued use of the site after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and (in future) paying customers of PromptPeakAI. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You agree to use PromptPeakAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or database connected to it
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful material
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from this website
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with PromptPeakAI in any way

All content on PromptPeakAI — including our articles, blog posts, downloadable AI Work Templates, frameworks (including the AI Execution Loop and the Logic System), diagrams, graphics, logo, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of PromptPeakAI and its owner, Vivek Kumar, unless otherwise stated.
This content is protected under applicable Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. Visiting this website or downloading a free resource grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own professional learning. This licence does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
When paid courses become available, purchasing a course will grant an equivalent personal licence to that course’s content specifically — full detail will be set out in the course-specific terms published at launch.
In plain terms
You’re free to read our content, apply it in your own work, and take your own notes. What you can’t do is copy, republish, resell, or present our articles, templates, or frameworks as your own.

Restrictions on Use of Content
To protect the value of what we publish, the following actions are not permitted. Violating any of these may result in restricted access to the website and, where applicable, legal action.
- No redistribution — copying, sharing, uploading, publishing, or redistributing our articles, templates, or any other content, in any format, whether for free or for payment.
- No resale — reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of our content, or presenting it as your own original work.
- No unauthorised reproduction of frameworks — the AI Execution Loop, the Logic System, and our other named frameworks and teaching methods are original works of PromptPeakAI. You may not reproduce or teach them as your own content without written permission.
- No bulk scraping or automated extraction of our content beyond ordinary reading (see also Section 02).
What you can always do
Apply everything you learn in your own professional work. Take personal notes. Refer friends and colleagues to the site. Share your own results and experience with our content. These things are always encouraged.

Free Resources and Email Newsletter
PromptPeakAI offers free resources — including our AI Work Templates library at /free-resources/ — in exchange for your email address. Subscribing is optional and always free.
By subscribing, you agree to receive occasional emails from us — practical AI workflows, new articles, and updates about PromptPeakAI. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. For details on how we collect, store, and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Future Paid Courses
PromptPeakAI is developing paid, framework-driven courses. As of the date at the top of this page, no course is currently available for purchase on this website, and no payment is being collected for any course.
When courses become available, we will publish dedicated terms covering payment, course access, licensing, and refunds, and this page will be updated to reflect that. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation for us to sell, or a right for you to purchase, any course.
Where things stand today
If you see references to “courses” elsewhere on this website, they describe what’s coming, not something you can buy today. We’ll update this page the moment that changes.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PromptPeakAI and its owner, Vivek Kumar, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or its content.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any other commercial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
In plain terms
If something goes wrong on our end, our maximum liability to you is limited to what you’ve actually paid us, if anything. We’re not responsible for indirect losses or consequences beyond that.

Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to PromptPeakAI — including, where applicable, any purchased course — if you are found to be in breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing, redistributing, or reselling our content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our content for commercial use
- Any abusive, threatening, or harmful behaviour toward PromptPeakAI or its community
- Sharing account or course login credentials with others, once accounts exist
In cases of serious breach — particularly content redistribution or commercial misuse — we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or platform features. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
For significant changes that affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify our email subscribers. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically — continued use of PromptPeakAI after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you have a concern or dispute, please reach out directly. We’d much rather resolve any issue in conversation than through a formal process. We’re a small, independent platform and we take every concern seriously.
